Tikka came home on Feb 23/2012.  The day after Tikka arrived, she immediately started accompanying me to the office daily.  This continued daily for 2 years.  She quickly developed excellent people skills and a strong understanding for obedience in an office setting.  At 9 months old, she achieved her Junior Water Dog Title and continued to build on her water work, achieving her Apprentice Water Dog Title, Working Water Dog Title and Working Water Dog Excellent Title at the 2019 PWDCA National Specialty.  At 8 years old, Tikka enjoys teaching little sister Jade a few tricks in the water as well as rules around the house.  Tikka is currently working on her Courier Water Dog Title which we hope to achieve in 2020.  Tikka will continue to hold a special place in our lives as she is our first PWD and has taught us much about this amazing breed.
